In this episode, I’m joined by Jehan Sattaur. Jehan is a CTAA accredited Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, Hypnotherapist, Nutrition Coach, Mindfulness Teacher and Specialist in the area of Subconscious Self Sabotage.
Much of Jehan’s work focuses on removing the disempowering thoughts and beliefs from the subconscious mind which cause us to create less than favorable emotional consequences and circumstances.
He is also the host of the Boundless Authenticity Podcast.
Jehan joined me to talk about self sabotage and how we can all enjoy health, success, wealth, abundance, and spiritual growth when we learn to adjust our thinking, behaviors and current belief systems and reprogram our subconscious mind. We talked about ways to guard our subconscious, such as: getting over our fear of failure, avoiding negative self talk, ignoring past traumas, self-regulating, trusting intuition, unplugging from the media, and living a balanced life.
